The article states that it’s a supply and demand issue with labor. But in fact, many can’t afford the materials let alone the labor to rebuild their homes.
The issue with the skyrocketing costs of materials only leads to prolonging the suffering and adding to the despair.
Why is it that one group of people in a specific geographic area get one amount and people living 30 miles away often get 10%?
